ANGLICAN SENIOR CLERGY HOLD TRAINING AT IBRU CENTRE

THE Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) held a two-week training for its Senior Clergy on August 13-25, 2012 at the Ibru International Ecumenical Centre Agbarha-Otor, Delta Sate.
The training was tagged: ‘Senior Clergy Advanced Management Course II’ and had 122 Senior Clergymen from all over Nigeria in attendance. It comprised Archdeacons and Canons.
The training was held at the instance of the Primate of All Nigeria, Most Rev. Nicholas Okoh, and all the Archbishops and the Bishops of the Church of Nigeria. It had Rt Rev. Dr S. O. Sowale (Bishop of Ilesha Diocese) as Director/Chairman; Rt Rev. David K. Bello (Bishop of Otukpo Diocese) as Vice Chairman; Rt Rev. Samuel Eze (Bishop of Ukwa Diocese) as member; Rt Rev. Jonah Ibrahim (Bishop of Kontagora Diocese) as member, and Rt Rev. Dr Blessing Enyinda (Bishop of Ikwere Diocese) as Secretary.
The curriculum of the school included Cooperative Leadership in the Church of Nigeria, the Church and the Constitution, Time Management in Church Administration, among others.
